SteadyTabs makes browser tools, starting with the CustomFrom extension. This policy covers the steadytabs.com website, purchases and support. The general rules below apply to every SteadyTabs product, and each product also has its own privacy policy, linked below, describing exactly what data that product handles and where it goes.
Summary
- We don't run servers that receive, store or read your email or other content you work with in our tools.
- Settings and credentials you enter in our extensions are stored in your browser.
- We don't use analytics, tracking or advertising, and we never sell data.
Website
steadytabs.com is a static website. We don't set cookies or run analytics or tracking scripts on it. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver and protect the site.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record. Creem collects your name, email and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your email address and order details from Creem so we can provide support and refunds.
Support email
If you email us, we use your message and address only to answer you and keep a record of the conversation.
